The room was reasonably sized, it had multi-channel TV, a dining area and a seating area. My bed was comfy. The best thing was how very very helpful and amazing the staff were.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the concert venue. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or concerns. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. the shared facilities were well-maintained and the shared fridge was convenient for storing snacks and drinks. a pleasant stay.
there was a lack of communication before my arrival, which caused some anxiety and confusion. the carpets in the communal areas were dirty and in need of a good vacuuming.
